Each class is part of a series that builds on the week before, while exploring the 7200+ reflexes in each foot as they connect all body systems.

Class time Mondays, 6:30 – 8:00pm

Please enroll as a pair, teaming with a spouse, buddy system, or other caregiver who can continue the practice of all you will learn!

Bring a sheet/pillow to add to your comfort. Recliners provided.
